Venu Sq Music lost playlists and won’t sync to Amazon

Out of the blue my Venu Sq Music lost my Amazon playlists and will not sync/browse to Amazon music - it simply says ‘No connection to Garmin Connect Mobile 502’. I’ve made sure my watch is synced to my phone, turned my phone and device off/on, even checked the GPS with no joy. Can anyone help please? 

  • The fix should be with a newer version of Garmin Connect I read.  Check the App Store on your phone and see if there is a newer version then what you’re running. Check the Venu 2 forum, there is a thread on this.
