Apps and activities

I am having a problem with my activities and apps,I go to settings ,I click on yhe activity that I want to start and nothing happens ,it just ask me if I want to remove the app or rearrange, how do I get my activities to start ?

That is how you edit the activities. To start an activity, lightly press A button and it brings up the list. There you can start by pressing the A button again, or modify the settings like data fields etc.
