RE: Body Battery and Stress Level Not Registering Properly

I have the Venu Sq watch. Purchased Nov 2021. Body battery worked for a bit then stop registering along with stress level, I have powered off and still do not get the info. I don't know what else to do

Please see this thread. They are working on the problem but a temporary fix is usually to do a hard reset by holding down the A button for 10 seconds until it powers off (past any assistance notifications). Wait a couple seconds and then power back on.
