Venu sq white, whether the bottom of the case and the strap are dirty and refuse to clean?

normal use, after several uses, you can see dirt on the inside that does not want to wash off, I don't use cosmetics on my wrist

I also have this problem. The back of my Venu Sq turned from withe to dark Brown. I've tried to clean it with alcool or degreeeser product but without any success.

Have you contacted Garmin Service in this case? They refused to repair on warranty, claiming that it is my fault /cosmetics. But i don't use any.. I am disappointed very much

I do not use any kind of cosmetic, like you. I'll write to Garmin Service: hope that seeing that your not an isolated case they will think about it.

Have you tried a magic eraser? Or try Mr. Clean on a paper towel. Not sure what it would be? Does it look like something is on it? Or the color is inside the polymer?
