Actually the specs show it can hold 200 hours of activity data in the memory on the watch. When I look at my activity history on the watch I can see workouts as far back as 8 weeks of exercise data. As far as heart rate, stress, body battery, respiration, the watch only shows the 7 day average and nothing before that. I think to be safe you’d want to make sure to sync at least weekly.
