Can you control the music (Play, Pause, Forward, etc) during an activity?

A local reviewer from where I am mentioned that you can't control the music during an activity and I doubt that this is true. Can somebody help me with this one? Thanks.

Yes you can play, pause, move forward or back and adjust the volume from the watch. It will default to whatever music or audio app is open on your phone.

Yes you can play, pause, move forward or back and adjust the volume from the watch. It will default to whatever music or audio app is open on your phone.
