Charging Venu Sq

About half the time after I charge my watch, I am unable to turn it on. Now the only screen that will show when I click the top button is 100% and 12:07 am (which it is not).

Thoughts on powering it on so that it works?

Hello! Is the watch is currently frozen on the charging screen? If so, can I have you press and hold the top right button until the screen goes blank, let it sit off for a minute, and then turn it back on. Let me know if this does not help. Also, are you charging with a computer or outlet?
