Venu SQ Volume Control

Having bought a Venu SQ with music specifically for the music, I have been alarmed to find the volume on the watch is set at blaring, with no apparent way of adjusting it - (I have tried multiple head phones) Whilst looking into this, it seems many people are experiencing the same problem. Can anyone help with feedback or solutions found ? Many thanks.

Unfortunately, not all headphone features will work with Garmin watches such as volume…

There should be a speaker icon to adjust the volume. If not on the first screen then there should be 3 dots which will take you to the volume control.

Some wireless headphones also have a volume adjustment themselves.

The the dots do take you to volume control but it does not work.

Hello! Can you let me know what software version your watch is on? Also, which headphones are you using?

I have tried multiple earbuds with no success. I ended up getting "hoco" Sports Ear Phones with volume control on a wire attachment. Not perfect at all, but at least I can use the music function.

Hi there, I am having the same problem with my new venu sq music. The watch is on SW version 3.0 and we are using Jam Live free true wireless earbuds. Is there a fix? Thanks

I'm having this issue as well. No volume control on the watch. This FAQ only seems to say I may have this trouble. What headphones work? How does the volume control work on the watch (I can find it just fine, but it doesn't seem to do anything)?
