Flickering screen

I have just bought a Venu SQ and the screen is flickering both when the time is showing and when I am navigating through functions. Will there be a software update to fix this - or will I have to return my device?

I have the same problem as you can see from videos. Would it be possible to disable automatic luminosity? Thanks

Hello, I have the exact same problem with my venu sq. I bought it like 20 days ago and had that problem from the beginning. My watch is on repair, I’m waiting to see am I going to get a new one.

Hello, I am replying to the Flickering Screen thread you mentioned. I have had my Venu SQ since October and just this week I have noticed I now have the flickering screen mentioned in this thread. It does it on the main screen and also moving through screens going dim, then bright, then dim.

Are there news? In change log of 2.5 versions they don't talk about this problem
