Touch lock not works when swimming

Venu 4 latest 17.39 firmware : during Pool Swim/Open Water Swim, water sporadically  activates the left-swipe Music Playback Controls even  while Touch Lock is ON

    Thanks for the post,  . To better understand what's occurring, could you please check and let us know:

    • How are you enabling Touch Lock before starting Pool Swim and Open Water Swim activities?
    • Is a Focus Mode assigned to your Pool Swim and Open Water Swim activities? If so, which Focus Mode is being used?  
    • Is Touch Lock enabled under the Pool Swim and Open Water Swim Activity Settings? See: 

    If possible, please also share screenshots of both the swim activity settings and any Focus Mode associated with the activity. This will help us compare the configuration and determine whether any settings may be contributing to the behavior. **

    - Touch lock is auto-enabled in Pool swim and stays enabled during the swim

    - Touch lock is also  enabled in Activity Focus.

    Touch lock stays enabled during the whole swim without interruptions . It protects against most of the touches. The only problem is that swiping to the left-right is still accidentally activated by water, despite the Touch Lock staying on. As a result, the music player is temporarily activated (for 5 sec or so), and then the data screen returns to the usual pool activity. However, this behavior is very annoying -- it prevents seeing data while swimming.

    So in a nutshell, touch lock is not good enough against water.
