Track Workout (Gym) in total?

Hi, I go running regularly - of course the tracking with my Venu 3 works perfectly. But I go to the gym just as often for normal strength training: bench presses, deadlifts and so on. I would like to track this strength training as well - so that I start once at the beginning and finish at the very end - not each exercise individually, which is far too time-consuming for me. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can track this with the Venu 3?
