I bought Garmin Venu Sq Music from a Yodobashi store near Saitama Shintoshin station in Japan. The first time power-on shows a barcode with "ESN XXXXXX..". I bought warranty as well.
Seems like this is a problem that will need an exchange with new working one.
This is my very first smartwatch and I thought this one suits my purpose and good in quality.
I do not want a new one. I am sorry. If Refund option is available, I would like to request it first. Garmin or Garmin Japan, please tell me how should I file this refund?
