Lily 2 is not charging bought a new charger and its not turning on or even giving the triangle screen please help

Lost it in my move finally found it and started charging but noticed the triangle screen didnt come up got a new charger online thinking the one i got was messed up in the move but yet nothing

the same thing is happening to me and it is completely unresponsive and it randomly had the triangle on half the screen then just died again

How long did you buy your Lily?

Mine also stopped charging for no reason, I emailed the support and they sent me a new one because it was still covered by the warranty!
