Sensor not working

My sensor for garmin Lily active has not been working for several days. I think it stops working after I charge it. It has not been able to capture sleep data for a few days this week and the green light under the watch (sensor?) is  not working. Can you please help? 

  • Same issue, no matter how many time I toggle the heart rate on/off and switch the watch on/off it doesn't work still.

  • I am also having this exact same issue and have done everything suggested and still no heart rate/green light. The watch is only 1 week old and this happened after the first charge. I’m going to return it but I don’t have any faith in purchasing another Garmin watch.

  • My watch just starting have the same issue. After charging, nothing is fixing my heart rate tracking and sleep tracking. Any other tips to follow? I’ve messed with the settings, and turned my watch on/off.

    still not working. Toggled on and off and turned watch on and off. Cleaned sensor. Nothing
