Software version 3.10 is now available. Please note that once a software update is released it can take up to 24 hours before this update is provided to all users. The software update should download automatically after the next successful weight upload. There is nothing users will need to do manually to trigger this other than use their scale like normal.
Changes made from version 3.0 to 3.10:•Resolves syncing issues relating to unreliable NTP server access
Any users who are unable to update because of their scale not connecting, please reach out to your local product support channel to receive an Ant+ stick. This will allow you to install the update through Garmin Express.
