Index Smart Scale firmware version 3.10 is available

Software version 3.10 is now available. Please note that once a software update is released it can take up to 24 hours before this update is provided to all users. The software update should download automatically after the next successful weight upload. There is nothing users will need to do manually to trigger this other than use their scale like normal.

Changes made from version 3.0 to 3.10:•Resolves syncing issues relating to unreliable NTP server access
Any users who are unable to update because of their scale not connecting, please reach out to your local product support channel to receive an Ant+ stick. This will allow you to install the update through Garmin Express.

    grob übersetzt: es kann noch bis zu 24h dauern, bis das update beim Enduser verfügbar ist, die Software wird beim nächsten erfolgreichen Upload der Messung automatisch eingespielt.

    Das syncen mit den NTP- (Zeit-) Server wurde damit behoben!

    Sollte die Waage überhaupt keine Verbindung ins WLAN schaffen, dann müsste das Update mittels Garmin Express und ANT+ Stick eingespielt werden

    Bei mir funktioniert die neue Firmware ganz ausgezeichnet, sofort beim 1. Versuch wird korrekt synchronisiert :cool:

    Schön, hoffentlich ist das NTP Thema damit (endlich) durch, und ich brauche mir über den Workaround mit Raspy und Alternativ-NTP garkeinen Kopf mehr machen.
    Genau rechtzeitig, im Laufe des Tages wird meine Index Scale eintreffen, die gestern zum Black Friday für <100€ über den großen Fluß geschappt kam :cool:

    Ich habe auch gerade das Update bekommen. Jetzt scheint es wirklich tadellos zu klappen.

    Ich bin immer noch auf 3.0. Die Daten werden auch synchronisiert. Das Update kommt trotztäglicher Benutzung nicht.

    wollte dir eigentlich schon früher antworten, habe ich dann aber übersehen, bei mir hat sich das Update auch nicht über WLAN installiert, da ich aber mittlerweile eine ANT+ Antenne von Tacx habe, ist das Update dann problemlos über Garmin Express mit ANT+ Stick durchgeflutscht.

    Hatte davor aber auch schon lange keine Probleme bei der Übertragung mehr, ist dann Ansichtssache ob du es eventuell über ANT+ probierst, falls du einen Stick hast!

    Hi.

    I got new device 2 days ago and I see it contain 3.0.0 software and It can not connect to the network (ok, it can like 1 per 50 attempts). Can you help to understand where I can ask for this ANT stick? It is extremally annoying currently and I'm close to throwing this device thru the window. 

    I would highly appreciate your help

    seems, somthing goes totally wrong during the Forum Migration, cause i remember, this Thread was started in the german forum (in this case with english start Post)

    could it be, that there are more things migrated and mixed wrong, for example missing english Edge 1000 Forum?

    Is anyone able to tell me which version of the software is the latest for this scale? Is it 3.10 or higher?
