Scale weight incorrect

Hi my scales has randomly this week started knocking 7 lb of my weight.

No change in position. New battery . It flashes up the correct weight than suddenly drives by 7 lbs

I think a lot of scales now have this problem with wrong weight measurement.
Do you know how to fix it?
Or is it just easier to change them?
