My index is suddenly showing 6.7 lbs when there is nothing on it. I followed all the reset zeroing advice, and nothing. But I did see some odd things in my resetting voyage. On tile, the number is 6.7. Put the scale on a wood floor, it goes to 4.4. Put in, without risers, on carpet and it goes to 2.7. Lifting and holding it by the side, it goes to 0.4. Back to tile with a light cloth under it, it goes to 4.2. Weird, but the crux is, on tile, it goes to 6.7.
I also set it up using my laptop, ant fob and garmin express. Thought maybe a firmware issue. But no upgrades. Hard reset, back to phone. A good 3 hours of trying things.
anyone have any idea on how to get it to zero?
