Garmin Index starts on ist own/ weighs +/- 5 kgs

Hey there,

my scale starts on ist own without anyone around. it also Shows 5kgs more or less then it should be. i´ve already set it back to factory Settings, but Nothing changed.

any idea what to do next?

Hi there! Can you take the batteries out for about 10 min. Then after putting them back in remove the device from the account add it back. Does it continue to do the same?
