WiFi connection issues : data is not uploaded

Since yesterday my Smart Scale does not upload the values. It measures my weigh and all the other values but then the display shows ">>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>X"

Therefore I did following:

1. Replaced the batteries

2. Reset the Smart Scale and configured (WiFi) it again in my phone.

Everything seemed to be OK, but the issue still persists.
