Scale not syncing

Why is it that every time Garmin Connect gets updated, there is a problem with the scale? As of today, I get >>>>>>>>>>x

Is there something the users can do to solve this, or is Garmin going to fix it anytime soon? It is quite frustrating to see a 'smart' scale operating in a way that is not smart :)

Just stood on mine, about the same time as yesterday (I posed about the time of day) and it uploaded fine again. 6pm eastern time (east coast USA) seems to work.

Joining to track a resolution. I am having the same issue since Thursday. I've reset my entire wi-fi setup and re-paired the Index without any lucjk.

Oh look, mine works magically as well. Huh, the scale that Garmin Support wanted me to pay to replace on a backordered basis because their side was working fine, suddenly started working again when a number of other people's scales started syncing again!

Glad the scale can sync again, but really surprised by how support handled this and failed to proactively communicate at all to the user base.

Weird. Mine is back to not working again after working last night. I'll try reading my network since I was having wifi issues last night (outside of Garmin) and was messing with my settings).

I received a response from customer support this morning. They said they made a fix Monday at Noon that should have fixed the server issue. Mine did work this morning for the first time in the past six days. Not every time though, it was 2 for 3. The odd time it switched from the check mark to an X while it was cycling through the measurements.
