Stuck in setup

I have also factory reset and setup using an ant+ stick from Garmin express but again the scales gets stuck at the wrench despite Garmin Express on my PC saying setup complete :-(

Same issue ? Doesn't seem to be connecting to the wifi, attempts then I get an X top right side.

Has anyone seen a resolution? I am having this issue as well. Hard reset just goes back to the wrench. iPhone on 13.4

Mine went into this mode at the start of March.  After much time with Garmin tech support, they sent me a new scale.  It does the same thing.  My scale was working on my network for about 5 months before ...  whatever it was that got pushed into the scale in the first week of March.

How did you get them to send a new scale? Mine is +2yrs old

Spoke with Garmin, at lengths trying to fix this...they no longer sell these units.. and if you're reading this thinking of buying one .. dont. there is firmware update that completely screws it up. I returned mine under 12months old.  Garmin may offer you a refund possibly.. but outside 12 months you might be screwed. Do not seek a replacement.

I called tech support and stepped thru the "diagnostic" steps that got us nowhere.  Because I only bought it 5 months ago, perhaps tech support sent a replacement scale within a 1 year warrantee or something?  But the new scale does exactly the same thing - wrench icon with WiFi icon.  I found a reference somewhere that suggested this combination of symbols is supposed to come up when the scale is "updating software."  On first power-on, my scale reports vers 3.10 before reverting to this wrench screen.

Change your DNS server settings on the router to Google’s 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I was already using google DNS and have tried other dns servers including my ISP and open dns to no avail
