Reset problem

Hi,

I have anew garmin index scale ana I can't finish the setup. I did factory reset and now I see a rench and only wifi (no bluethooth or Ant+ are blinking).

Anyone has an idia how can I do factory reset that will work ?

Same here. After 3 months of operation, suddenly the scale couldn't connect to wifi.

I did factory reset and now I see a wrench and only wifi (no bluethooth or Ant+ are blinking).

Did some troubleshooting last night. I found when it only has the pulsing wifi and wrench that means it's struggling with connectivity. I found no amount of resetting seemed to fix that however if you…

It was my dns dns settings. I'm not the one controlling my network unfortunately as I love with my parents but I have them change the DNS settings to default and it works like a charm now.

Hi, for me the issue was using Cloudflare DNS. Getting back to my provider's DNS fixed the problem.

Same problem here. Disabled my WIFI router and was able to configure the stuff. But ran into the same problem regarding Cloudflare. When I restarted the process using Google's DNS resolvers, everything worked...

Thank you SOOOO SOOO much. This should be the top answer in my opinion. The correct answer is: Turn off wifi and then you will be able to connect with bluetooth / ant to set up the scale. Nearly was returning this item until I found this post.
