I've noticed that my device is 3.0.0.0 and doesn't update to the latest version. How to force the update? Clearly, mine have problem with connecting to Garmin connect. Could it be that this device is broken? It's 3 days since I'm trying to make it work and it extremally annoying! :( :( :(
