I sent my scale back today due to failure to connect to the servers. Garmin will send me a replacement.
It had been perfectly fine until Garmin fixed the 'failure to connect' that many people were suffering - I think it was around October time. Ever since that fix was done (NTP?) mine refuses. It will only work via my phone hotspot but reconnecting back to my home wifi initially does connect first time, but never afterwards.
I doubt that replacing it will make the slightest difference but at least I could sell it on as 'new in box, unused'.
