Index Scale not syncing consistently

Help! had the scale 5 days. 2 days of "automatic" syncing. Any ideas on how to get this to work consistently? I used the connect app on my android to set up the Index wifi (actually, i've done that twice).

Same *** here, I don't even get the >>>>>>x anymore, even though the wifi is connected. I have tried all the different suggestions but nothing.
