Index sleep monitor wont pair w iPhone

Thank you for reaching out to a new ISM costumer. I have read and understood the owner´s manual (to the best of my ability). I have done and followed all the suggestions is due order, spending hours in the proces. In certain cases IOS detects the modules Bluetooth signal but never ends up pairing. In other cases, the module remain wholly undetectable to IOS/garmin Connect. The purple lights Are on whenever I attempt pairing. Seem a bit unreasonable. More over, I employed Claude Max plan opus 4.8 to assist in making sense of the modules/connect/IOs behavior. _Many suggestions later, the conclusion ended on module malfunction. Will the moderator as for additional information for further assistance? I Can provide transscript of the trouble shooting bonanza from Claude if the poses and interest.
