Message for Garmin
I found the following thread about the pedal pivot coming loose and causing problems
I have exactly this problem. I contacted Garmin who asked for proof of purchase. I bought the pedals on or around 2nd May 2019 so I dont know where my visa slip is . The pedals are registered on the website so I don’t see why I need this. I have also received the replacements for the battery housing, so I would have thought this “ proof of ownership”.
I am still looking for the receipt but in the meantime I hope Garmin will “ take the issue seriously “ as mentioned in the other thread.
