Vector 3 not working despite installation of the new battery board.

I also got the issue with the battery caps, which persists after I installed the replacement battery board that I received last month from Garmin. I followed up with the Garmin Support team but now answer now for a week. Anyone got more luck than me in contacting Garmin Support and in getting to ship the product back for repair? Product is under warranty. Thanks!

    Similar issue, just got a new version of battery PCB. The left pedal consumes power quickly and battery bulge, even I didn't use it three days with new battery. I changed the left PCB to  right pedal, And the left one get the same.

  • Hi, if your pedals also are still under warranty, I recommend sending them back to Garmin Support to have them look into the issue. I was able to contact their team via chat last week and I got an order number that is required in order to be able to send the product back. I shipped it literally earlier today. Hope this helps!
