V3 Calibrating

Hi.

I'm new to power and enjoying it greatly. Set up on my indoor bike for sufferfest.

Transferred the pedals yesterday for a spin on my road bike.

Put them back on the indoor bike and the figures are miles off.

Have updated the software on the pedal and the app itself.

I now have auto zero on.

I have tried to calibrate through the app (on android) and every time, without fail, it says calibration failed, with no error code.

Helpful advice please

Worth checking that the pedals are tightened properly to the cranks. Also check that the crank length is set up correctly for the bike the pedals are currently fitted to.

I have the same issue using Garmin Connect from my Android phone. I am able to use my Edge 830 to calibrate and change the auto zero setting. I think it may be an issue with the app.

I think you're right - that said they won't calibrate on the wahoo app either.

My problem is sorted for now - went through the process of retensioning the internal bolts, full clean and lubricate of contacts points inside, new batteries, fully tightened the pedals onto the cranks and some full resistance standing sprints to fully bed them in. Working fine now.
