Vector Error Code -1

I have having trouble with my vector calibrating my 935 and edge 520. I have added new battiers to both pods, switches the pods sides (swapped left and right) and reinstalled Vector software. Sometimes it gives me an Error code of 2 but most of the time it is -1. I cannot find the explanation of Error code -1 anywhere. On my 935 it does say both sides are connected.... just not calibrating.

Maybe it's a left pedal issue?

i had this problem a while ago, when i replaced my empty batteries, during this process i clean everything inside the doors with alcohol and use a small baby oil film for the new batteries.

i reopened the doors and cleaned the batteries a little bit, cause i used a very little bit to much baby oil, then the error gone away!

Same issue here. Only used the pedals 3 times. Replaced the batteries before last ride as the unit with the fitted batteries were nearly dead. Never taken them outside (100% riding on the turbo). Now I get calibration error -1.
