Edge Explore Reinstall firmware 5.30

Hi there,

I just updated the firmware from 5.20 to 5.30.
And suddenly I got a red line (top till bottom) on the screen.
Super strange! How do I reinstall the firmware?

If you give some more details we maybe can help you...
The red line is on the PC / In Garmin Express, on the Edge Explore during the update process, or after a power off / on cycle, etc.?
Is the Edge Explore dead (does not start anymore)?
Is the Explore still recognized by the PC as a mass storage devive when connected to the PC through USB?

So, questions enough...
