Installation of Software Version 4.40

Have just gone through Garmin Express to install the latest update - as above.

Seems to have installed ok but when I switch on the device it will not load the Profiles and is stuck there. I have tried all the reset techniques I can find and none work. Garmin express cannot now clink with the device! Any suggestions would be really welcome - going on a number of rides next week!!

You need to deactivate the connection between the Edge device and your mobile phone from the Edge device via settings. Once deactivated run the install again, the device will restart and load to software version 4.40. Go back in to setting s and reactivate the connection between your Edge device and the phone.
