Weather widget

In the weather widget of my Edge Explore I get the temperature reading in Fahrenheit. I want to have this in Celsius. In my Iphone everything is on Celsius and Metric.
Also in the settings of the GPS device everything is on metric. Still I get Fahrenheit in the weather Widget. Also I tried to reset the GPS. But this dit not solve the problem.
Any advice? I am running the latest firmware.

How do I get firmware version 5.30? My device shows Software version 5.20 and No updates available.

Start Garmin Express application on PC. Connect Edge device to USB. Garmin Express should inform about new software version 5.30 available.

cierto , con la nueva actualización ya vuelve a funcionar en grados centígrados.

I just bought my device today and it is set on software 5.20. There are no updates available.
How can I change from Fahrenheit to Celsius? Can you help me? :p

Start Garmin Express application on PC. Connect Edge device to USB. Garmin Express should detect your device and inform about new software version 5.30 available. After updating to 5.30 You should be able to change temperature unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius directly on device (Menu -> System -> Units).

On a brand new Edge Explore immediately upgraded to 5.30 before use I had to set it to centigrade, reboot, farenheit, reboot, then back to centigrade. Works okay now.

Quite an annoying & amateurish bug, not what one would expect from Garmin. Luckily it's (somewhat) fixed in lastest firmware.

I had everything set in °C in the settings, but weather widget still showed °F. After reading that 5.3 firmware should fix the issue I set temperature units in system settings on the device to °F and then back to °C and it works now.

Excelente.

Me paso igual (tenia configurado en ºC antes de la actualización 5.30 y mostraba ºF) una vez actualizado necesite configurar a ºF y luego ºC, funciono.

Gracias por su aporte me dio la solución.
