Hello guys,
I am new to the Garmin 840 but already pissed off … 
I did all the tricks from Gemini on how to setup my 840 when I go off course to receive an immediate (after 10-15 meters max) warning by beeping/flashing etc that I am off the route.
What happens in reality is that I got a single low volume beep after 50-100m at least … for me this is useless if you are racing!
Have anyone find a proper way to make this device do its job in this regard?
