.fit file not uploading

Hello,

I have a .fit file that cannot be uploaded. Neither via Bluetooth nor manually.

I also tried to use the FIT File Tools ,as suggested in other conversations, but still get the below error message.

Both files are here attached.

Can you please help me?

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
Let us know when you encounter corrupted files again
