Garmin Edge 820 bundle and battery problem

Hello everybody.

First of all I want to apologize for the eventual grammar mistakes.

So, I bought my 820 In 2018 and almost everytime the bundle has some trouble to connect... 90% of the time when it does connect, it remains stuck on a heartbeat (for exemple 84 and then it's not changing for a long time and eventually it disconnect it self). I have changed the battery and it's still the same.

The second problem is the 820's battery... Everything was good but in the last couple weeks the battery level goes from 58% to 9% in just an 1 hour ride whiteout changing any settings like before and everything was good. I should change the battery?

I've got a similar problem. The battery indicator on the home screen is showing about 60-70%, yet a message popped up to say I've got 8% battery left. Software bug? I'm running 12.7 software on my 820.

Just connected my 820 to its charger and it immediately stated a battery capacity of 57%!!!!!

Try letting it continue to run until it shuts itself off from low battery. I had it happen where it gave a low battery warning and yet ran for hours afterward. Letting it run until it turned itself off from low battery fixed it. It shuts off before discharging the battery to the point of damage.
