Edge 820 and Tacx Neo 2 showing wrong speed

Hello,

I just got my Tacx Neo 2. I have properly set it up and connected it to my Edge 820 device. I have also set the correct wheel diameter and gear ratio for both the trainer as well as the Tacx speed sensor, however when I try to follow a structured workout -stored in the edge device- the registered speed is way higher.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

PS. both the trainer, Tacx Neo 2, as well as the cycling computer, Edge 820, are updated to their latest firmware version.

I guess you are comparing speed on 820 to TDA speed.
Speed on Edge 820 or any head unit is directly from the flywheel sensor. TDA speed is calculate from flywheel sensor, your weight, wheel diameter, gear ration, terrain, resistent, etc...

I guess the correct speed would be zero. Anything else is just made up using some algorithm.
