Malformed FIT file wont upload

can't get file to upload/sync.

unit was running low on battery but managed to save the activity ride, then unit died, recharged re sync.

tried manual import and getting malformed fit wont upload.

can you please help or direct me on what to do.

updated file length, calculated checksum and import/export with Fit File Tools section remover

thanks for your help. everything seems to be there except the segments portion (i think i may have had a pr), guess that is not recoverable?

checked repair with FitFileRepairTool

no segment data present after GC import
