No file but ride appears in 'Ride' list

Garmin 820, there is no ride file for my last ride in the activities folder of the device itself nor on the SD card. However on the device menu the ride does appear in the 'rides' list, but if I click on it, nothing happens. Is there any hope that the file exists for this ride?

hi,

sure you have a 820, have no SD card on mine

when you are super lucky you could recover the fit file with a file recovery program like recuva or bitwar

Hi, You are right, I have 810 not 820. (I am a bit bad with numbers!) With microSD card.

If it's not on the SD card, it's on the external memory.

Do you mean the memory of the 810 itself? I can't find it there. Also I tried bitwar to recover deleted files but it didn't find anything on the SD nor the 810
