Garmin Edge 820 does not save the ride.

Hello

After finishing the ride , i press the "Save Ride" button , the Garmin show the message "Saving" , but when i go to the historic nothing was saved.

What i can do ?Any message was show saying the memory is fullbut i do not know if Garmin show any message in that case.

I've been having a issue the past few days where I can't upload a ride. The upload option doesn't even make an appearance. I solved the issue by powering off and then back on my Garmin.
