Edge 820 11.20 update not working

Currently on 11.10 - Ran the 11.20 update and it just sits and spins on "validating update" without completing. Tried multiple times, once for an hour. Any suggestions?

Mount your device on a computer and delete the GUPDATE.GCD file - it would appear to be corrupted and because it exists, it won't be downloaded again (and because it exists your GPS unit will keep attempting…

Thanks T_H, that worked. And Garmin you might want to add an error message with the work-around. Maybe?
