Garmin Strava Live Segments Not Syncing After Update 31.30

Question

After updating my Garmin device to firmware version 31.30, Strava Live Segments are no longer syncing correctly. 
 
 I contacted Strava support and went through all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including reconnecting accounts, re-starring segments, and syncing through Garmin Express. However, Live Segments still do not sync to the device. 
 
 Strava support has informed me that the issue appears to be related to Garmin firmware version 31.30. 
 
 Is anyone else experiencing the same problem after updating to 31.30?

A backend fix was released by Strava to resolve this issue on 6/19/26. Most users should have seen this resolve following additional syncs with Garmin Connect over the weekend. 
 If you find that the issue persists, then you may need to fully remove the device from Connect and then add it back. If you primarily sync your device via the Garmin Connect mobile app then please refer to the steps in Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App . 
 If you primarily use the Garmin Express application to sync your device then please follow the steps outlined in Remove and Add a Device in Garmin Express . In between removing and adding the device back via Garmin Express please ensure you follow the steps Removing a Device From Garmin Connect Web.
