I use the 540 for runnng as well as cycling Although I've turned off incident notifications on all my several activity profiles, the Garmin 540 still presents an alert screen when I stop at a red light on my run. Without my reading glasses, I can't reallly make out the tiny print, but it seems to warn me that it can't send a notification to my contacts since I don't have any, nor do I have a phone connection. Google hasn't really been my friend on this subject. Anyone figured out how to make it stop?
