Invalid Fit file

Hi Garmin,

I had a bike ride yesterday using my Edge 520 and now I am having problems uploading the file. When I try uploading the FIT file through Garmin Connect it says that the file is invalid.

Can you please help me fix the file so i can upload my data?

The file is quite small so it doesn’t look promising and there appears to be only a few seconds of ride data. Perhaps check that there is sufficient storage space left on your device and the maximum activity limit of 200 hasn’t been exceeded.

The storage space on the bike's device is very small. I think you should delete unnecessary data or review the file size. donkey kong
