Edge 520 was working correctly yesterday but today does not even connect

Hi :). As the title says, Edge 520 was working correctly yesterday. I had it connected to the Connect app in my Android phone. Today I can't connect it. I tried everything: uninstalling and installing Connect, restarting the phone, disconnecting and connecting the Bluetooth from both the phone and the Edge 520, and deleting and adding the device again. The screen to add the device gets stuck at the start of the loading bar and it says it failed a few minutes later.

I tried with another phone and it connected at the first try without any problem. Maybe the problem is with my phone? My phone is a TCL 20SE.

Please, help, I don't know what else I can try
