the gummi buttom (at the side) are damaged and one is left.
If the button still works when pressed (maybe with finder nail rather than finger pad) you can cover the button with an inner tube patch.
Oils on your hand and sunscreen lotion will tend to dissolve the Edge buttons.
I used sugru however it is pretty stiff so not ideal as you have to press it really hard
