A ride has saved to my Edge 520 and is visible in the history however has not uploaded to Connect.
When I try a manual download on Garmin Connect, I get this message

The fix on this one was to run it through the FIT File Tools section remover without any adjustments.
Unzip the file then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page. The only oddity was the elevation spike near the beginning.
Assuming that was not correct, I fixed that with Fit File Repair Tool. -
2021-01-08-07-45-54-Alt-fixed.zip So you can take your pick which one you want to use.
