Broadcast HR Vivomove HR --> Edge 25

Hi,

My girlfriend has got the Garmin Vivomove HR. As this watch doesn't provide GPS for speed and height meters, she thinks of buying an Edge 25. I have now some questions:

1. The vivomove hr can broadcast the heartrate to other devices, but is the edge 25 able to receive the HR?
2. In addition, can I use the "Premium Garmin Chest strap ANT+" for Edge 25? (As on Garmin website under equipment I only see the HRM dual)
3. Can the Edge 25 connect to Android phones via bluetooth? (On Garmin website I can't find this information anywhere)

Bernhard, don't waste your money on a 25. Its a dead product with a pretty lack luster battery. Spend the extra 30 bucks and get the 130.

The point for me is that I want to buy the 25 used and not new and get it for 50-60€. New prices are 120€ for 25 and 150€ for 130. Garmin writes that battery for 25 lasts up to 8 hours, it would be ok for her if it lasts 4 hours. She just needs GPS and external heart rate sensor.

Buy it second hand. I bought the 25 for $40 USD and it is perfect for my wife's bike.
