I've been browsing the threads but I didn't see anything quite as what I'm posting.
I've been using my Soft Strap Premium Heart Rate Monitor paired with my etrex 35 for the last one and a half years with no major issues. Lately, though, I've been experiencing what the attached printscreen shows. The strap measures a lower heart rate than actually I'm having and it even lowers further when I'm going up hill! Moreover, often times I don't get any values on my etrex 35 as the picture also shows. I just measured my 3V battery and it read 2.98V. The strap is chest tighten and the 4 electrodes are well moistened. What could be happening?
